Hand-crafted by Karen Monson of Practical Artisans from our new WGW silk-reinforced, 4ply sock yarn, using her hand-cranked circular sock machine. They’re so soft and light, it’s more like wearing a cloud of warm than a sock! While all sock yarn can pill and felt with wear, our new silk/merino blend and tighter “twist-on-twist” spin should minimise these issues. Felting and pilling don’t change the intrinsic nature of the footwear: you can use a fabric shaver to get rid of the pills, and felting actually increases the cushion. However, if you just plain hate having your socks felt or pill, these may not be for you.

Sizing information: these are Australian shoe sizes for women. If you are on the overlap between sizes, I suggest you go for the larger size.
